Key responsibilities: -As product supervisor, one of the roles is to develop and execute the assigned product strategy, including new products introduction, supporting cataloguing and range analysis activities, sales & margin analysis and define the action plan to drive sales & margin growth; -Implement the brand and product strategy through market segmentation and proper brand/product positioning (features, functions, product, price, channel, promotion, quality, and packaging etc.) -Drive the product launche with professional project management methodologies and coordinate with engineering, manufacturing and purchase team to make sure of the competitiveness of the launched products. -Have the knowledge of automotive vehicle population and initiate and lead projects to increase market coverage of the responsible product lines and manage the projects with professional tools and process. -Working with the sales team to identify business opportunities and achieving sales growth by new product launches, product range extensions or brand extensions. -Provide product technical support for training events, product claims & warranty cases in coordination with quality team, engineering, manufacturing and purchase team.
Ideal candidate experience: -Diploma or BA degree in engineering, marketing or business management -Min. 3 years working experiences of ignition plug, filter, braking, Chemicals product management or application engineering, ignition is a must, filter, braking is an import plus, automotive aftermarket experience preferred. -Strong self-motivation and have the drive to implement the project or strategies. -Open-minded and be able to work in team. -Knowledge & experience of SAP will be considered as an advantage.
