Responsibilities
？ Work out the design concept and development of advanced battery pack
？ Conduct research to identify and evaluate state of the art battery pack design technology, material and methodologies
？ Coordinate the prototyping and validation of advanced battery pack design
？ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize performance, efficiency and safety
？ Stay informed about relevant battery pack industry standards and regulations. Ensure current and future battery pack designs comply with local and global standards
？ Drive continuous improvement in current battery pack design process and identify the improvement opportunities for cost savings

Background & Skills
？ Bachelor’s degree in mechanical design engineering or related field
？ In-depth knowledge of LFP battery pack development
？ 5+ year battery pack mechanical design and development experience
？ Innovation thinking
？ Preferred to know CAE/CFD simulation
？ Excellent communication capability with team member
