The main responsibility of the IT Coordinator is to oversee the planning,
implementation, and maintenance of an organization's information technology
systems. This role involves coordinating IT projects, managing hardware and
software installations, providing technical support, and ensuring the overall
efficiency and security of IT infrastructure. Additionally, IT coordinators may
collaborate with various departments to understand their technology needs and
implement solutions to enhance overall organizational productivity.

* Overseeing IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they align
with organizational goals.
* Providing advice on the most suitable IT choices
* Providing technical support to the organization
* Coordinating the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware
and software systems.
* Coordinating with different departments to understand their technology
requirements and implementing solutions accordingly.
* Collaborate with vendors for IT-related purchases and services. Define,
implement, and maintain guidelines and procedures for efficient support,
assistance and self-service are in place.

* Make sure correct training and technology instructions are in place and up
to date to enable efficient operations.

Education and Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
* Proven experience in IT coordination or a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking systems.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Familiarity with data security best practices.
* Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent are a plus.
* Solid team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
with internal and external team
* Experience within the profession, 2-5 years
