JOB SCOPE: - Generate category market intelligence (like new launch reports, market overview updates, Product portfolio update and management, etc.) - Aligned with Marketing Manager, independently lead and manage marketing deliverables of assigned category for specific customer projects and presentations. - Assist Marketing Manager on all customer projects, workshops, or other client related activities for China customers as well as for regional and global customer requests - Do desk research to support customer projects using China social media websites, e-commerce channels / platforms, other internal, external marketing tools (Euromonitor, Mintel, WGSN etc.) - Contribute to internal marketing sharing sessions (new launch sharing, new trend sharing, others) - Work closely and collaborate well with cross-functional teams’ members like CI, Sales, SDM on a regular basis - Any other work or support needed by Marketing Manager
PROFILE: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any major, preferably in Marketing or commercial related - 0-2 years marketing related working experience in B2B or B2C (marketing working experience in fragrance houses would be preferred but not a must) - MUST be excellent in both oral and written English and Chinese - Verbal & non-verbal communication (presents well, and can communicate with different project partners) - Open minded, passion, flexibility, adaptability, collaborative, responsible - Time management and project management skill will be an added value - Good knowledge in MS Office skills, especially Powerpoint
