职位描述：
1. Assist the PM with planning, designing, executing, monitoring, analyzing deliverables for all projects.
2. Work with internal and XFN team to identify project requirements, tasks, and delivery timelines.
3. Assist in the project development of taking initiative coordinate with XFN team and progress the project.
4. Assist in monitoring project performance to ensure OKR and ROI as well as timely delivery.
5. Assist in compiling and submitting project status, deliverable analysis reports.
6. Collect, organize, and allocate/execute project resources.
