Security Management As the security subject expert for Greater China, being responsible for all the following tasks: ? Monitor the security situation in the country and provide immediate alert and advice to Regional Security and Country management of appropriate security precautions for local sites and staff, including business visitors. ? Ensure each site in the country has a proper security risk categorization according to global requirements and periodical security reviews are performed to ensure both global security requirements and national security regulations (whenever applicable) are complied. ? Lead security design for all stages of projects in the country from construction to operational phases, including physical security design, technical system selection and configuration, manpower requirements development including operational security setup. ? Coordinate contracting activities at country level (e.g. guards, electronic security systems). Conduct training and assessment program for guarding services and Company personnel. ? Establish and enforce security related policies and procedures for the responsible area. ? Deliver travel security program for Company travelers, provide security training and briefings to delegates (and their families if necessary) and ensure the event security within the responsible area. ? Support sites on all security-related emergency response and incident handling. ? Collate and analyze of security incident reports within the country to ensure proper identification of causes and remedies in place including follow-up on the lesson-learnt sharing based upon the need-to-know basis. ? Cooperate with the law enforcement / security / intelligence agencies within the country, gather security information and develop own country-based risk analyses. ? Maintain an active security community within the country via regular training, best practice/lesson learnt sharing, exchange of information, to enhance the competency of Company GC security team. Investigations ? Support Regional Security to conduct investigations in collaboration with compliance organization in cases of alleged criminal or Company codes of conduct breaches directed against Company interests within the area. ? Include providing the investigation strategy, gathering and preserving of evidence, directing external third-party resources, conducting expert interviews of witnesses and suspects and final written reporting to Regional Compliance Officer. Crisis Management ? Support Country Incident Management Team to handle all security related crisis in an efficient and professional way. ? Develop and plan security related crisis exercise including training for Country Incident Management Team. Nature and Scope ? Responsible for devising a strategic approach to all aspects of security management within the country in collaboration with the Director, Regional Security & Crisis Management. ? Required to make complex decisions independent of supervisor input, based on unique expertise. Significant independent travel within the country and very occasionally beyond. ? Frequently required to apply analytical skills effectively to fulfill diverse roles. Willing to apply decision-making skill based on own independent analysis. ? Adaptability to a changing security and regulatory environment. Continuous self-learning to maintain currency in rapidly developing technical field. ? Develop and sustain collaborative working relations internally with individuals and groups, and externally with security authorities. 任职资格 = Job Requirements: = * Bachelor degree or intensive professional qualifications in subject-related domain * Minimum 10 years’ experience in security role in a commercial/industrial/manufacturing organization, with a minimum of 3 years of management role. A previous background in disciplined services (police or military) is a plus. * Proactive attitude, results oriented, independent working and planning ability. * Highly knowledgeable in all aspects of security management, experience in security systems design and management is a plus. * Computer skills (ex. spreadsheets, word processing, database management, security software and systems). * Fluency in mandarin, proficiency in both oral and written English. Strong, persuasive communication and interpersonal skills, sometimes in challenging circumstances, up to executive level.
