工作职责:
1.Take charge of Wafer Saw&Pick and Place equipment including setup, PM and upgrade
2.Assist eqiupment manager in new equipments' spec. definition, schedule control and introduction into mass production related affairs for capacity expansion.
3.Responsible for main equipment trouble-shooting, abnormal case analysis and whole line OEE improving
4.Define item list and prepare SOP of equipment period maintenance(PM)
5.Prepare EQ related training material for new recruiter and current team capability improving 6.Temporary jobs assiagned by manager
任职资格:
- Good communication and coordination skills, can communicate with EQ vendors and cross function team independently.
-Strong logical thinking ability, able to proactively identify problems and formulate management and control standards and methods
- Morn than 3years' experience in in semiconductor. If with master degree, over 3years' experience is acceptable.
- Skilled EQ problem solving capability, familiar with PLC, AutoCAD, machinery and electrical etc. With new EQ spec. defining and introduction into MP experience, EE system contorl,or PLC modification capablity is a plus.
- Experienced in Wafer Saw&Pick and Place spin coating tool.
- English is required in listen, read, speak, write.
