Job Purpose: - Independent handling of respective sales area in collaboration with the sales Back Office and Italy Headquarter . - Establishing and maintaining contact with potential customers. - Enforce sales targets such as market penetration, project generation, earning targets, customer satisfaction for the respective sales area. Key Responsibilities: - Customer acquisition, customer support, customer care. - Establish contact with customers, which are currently exclusively buying competitor’s products including visit reports and following-up with necessary actions. - Technical and commercial project negotiation in consultation with the respective departments (Project management, Product management, Commercial Order Processing) - Follow-up offers, assessment of the customer’s needs and selling machines and tooling. - Negotiations with the customer (e.g. prices, delivery times, terms of delivery and payment). - Creation of the respective orders in collaboration with the sales back office and Commercial Order Processing department. - Management of order revisions, claim management and cash flow improvement. - Object of the tasks: Securing in the short- and medium-term order object and profit. Securing customer satisfaction and loyalty also by supporting the After Sales and Service teams. Representation the company at the customer, external sales organizations and trade shows. Required Competencies / Skills: University Diploma in Plastics Engineering Technology, Mechanics and Machine Building or Business. Open mind, extroversion, accountability, self –discipline, results oriented, quicker Good computer skill, communication skill, selling skill, English level (speaking & writing). More than 5 years’ machinery sales experience in automotive / electronics / packaging / medical industry. Worked in multi-nation company. Basic knowledge about injection molding machine.
