工作概述 To be accountable for sales and assignment of exhibit space, VAS coupled with other sales related functions for assigned shows, especially to generate new customer & new business and follow up with the key accounts & loyal accounts so as to develop the revenue and maintain expected customer retention rate. Assist project manager to develop new exhibition related product and setup the sales strategy.
工作职责 1. To achieve 100% of sales target for assigned shows (including space revenue, CMO and e-revenue) and sales KPI. 2. To prepare and implement sales plan and milestone to meet budget target. 3. Develop and maintain sound relationship with key customers. 4. To prepare and present sales proposals to exhibitor prospects as and when required. 5. To conduct about 20 sales call per day with minimum of 2 hours. 6. Sell at competitive shows. 7. To obtain signed contracts and payments in full. 8. To record all sales in the CRM program provided. 9. To prepare accurate and timely sales reports. 10. To provide effective after-sales services and onsite services so as to ensure high level customer satisfaction. 11. To build rapport with the customers and ensure customer retention rate meet our expected level. 12. To maintain the good relationship with key accounts & loyal accounts and ensure to increase the average spend and average stand size of each account on assigned shows. 13. To make and execute effective sales plan to recruit lost key accounts of assigned segments. 14. Provide accurate weekly sales report and work plan to Project Manager and attend the weekly sales review meeting.
任职资格 1. Degree graduated with at least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in exhibition industry. 2. Have a strong command of both spoken and written English/Chinese. 3. Articulate and possess strong communication skills. 4. Acute business acumen and highly capable of acquiring customer insights and conduct value-led selling and providing consultant-based integrated marketing solutions. 5. Resourceful and tracked record of sales team management. 6. Good knowledge of Sales Coaching and Coaching Skills. 7. Always maintain a positive attitude and able to work under high pressure. 8. Able to adjust to frequent business travels.
