职位描述
Overview of role:
1. Develop and launch new consumer product in China MKT, follow and optimize the strategic management of NPD innovation pipeline.
2. Provide operational product management for the new products including launches, artwork development, regulatory compliance checks and managing online portal/databases.
3. Cooperate with MKT team and sales team, to deliver new product tgt consumer and product key benefits.
4. Do product training to internal MKT & Sales team and external customers.

Objectives:
- Develop new product, develop new improved product.
- Launch new product in China MKT.
- Manage new products databases.
- China regulatory compliance.
- Lead the development of product claims with robust testing/validation and support implementation with communication concepts.
- Do training to internal & external related teams.
- Manage and develop new product innovation pipeline.

Key Requirements of the role include:
1. Strong sense to new product opportunity
2. Work out business plan and lead PSGP process, to make sure product finally launch into MKT
3. Structured implementation of initiatives to ensure compliance. Including: new product introduction, market entry, artwork/copy changes, technical/performance developments, legislative/regulatory compliance.
4. Ensure process compliance (ordering, artwork approval).
5. Work with internal & external regulatory expert consultancies to ensure new product compliance including artwork approval, safety data sheet provision, product registration etc.
6. Create brief for artwork development, brief artwork designer to ensure all instructions are clear. Manage relationship with the designers to ensure we are brand compliant and our benefits are shown clearly.
7. Execute a structured and auditable trail for new projects, aligning standards with the Global Team.
8. Work with internal T&I and external technical experts, suppliers and creative agencies to develop product claims which are validated and communicated to consumers effectively.
9. Develop and manage the innovation pipeline to ensure our product portfolio supports the needs of our future business needs.
10. Lead the market facing inputs into global databases and processes including the global S&OP process.
11. Collaborate effectively with key internal stakeholders in China and global.
