Position: Head of Technical Sales and Logistics System Design Center
General duties: 1. The incumbent will share the system responsibility for the new automated and integrated material handling system projects and AGV projects, based on defined customer requirements and optimized operation processes.: 2. The logistic system concept / layout in accordance with customer requirements and needs; 3. Implementation of the logistic system concept / plant layout in system engineering (offer) and detail engineering work (detailed specification phase); 4. Consistency of the physical and logical layouts; and definition and feasibility of the assured characteristics, including acceptance (in conjunction with Project realization team.) 5. Act as a competent advisor in the area of system design, including conceptual and detailed design, also be actively involved in the sales phase by providing technical sales support to the Sales Manager in selling our solutions to the customers.
Job descriptions: 1. Take lead in the design of projects 2. Investigate and review customer's requirements. 3. Collect customer project data, if required, and analyze received data. 4. Define design parameter based on the result of data analysis. 5. Develop possible solutions based on defined customer requirements / design parameters. 6. Design and propose suitable sub-systems based on detailed equipment performance calculation. 7. Prepare presentation (PowerPoint) and present the proposed solutions to the customer in workshops or meetings. 8. Support purchase department to request for suppliers quotations (RFQ) for sub-systems including preparing sub-systems requirement specification, liaise with suppliers, review supplier's quotations, define gaps between supplier's quotations against RFQ etc. 9. Analyzing the sub-system of the suppliers including the functionalities and the according scope of supply. 10. Prepare technical descriptions of proposed system for tender submission, as well as functional descriptions 11. Prepare PowerPoint presentation of the proposed system for tender interview and clarification. 12. Actively support the Sales Manager technically, during sales and tender clarification phases. He shall take a key role to convince the customer to buy the proposed system. 13. Coordinate the integration and overall design between Jungheinrich and other suppliers. 14. Review the design work of junior members and coach team members 15. Responsible regularly training for technical sales in TPH
Job requirements: 1. Bachelor or above in business, economics, industrial management or similar 2. Minimum 8 years relevant working experience in machine industry in a multinational company 3. Over 5 years in a management position 4. SAP and business warehouse experience is preferred 5. Good command of Microsoft Office software 6. Good oral and written communication skill in English 7. Strong ownership and execution power 8. Good structure and systematic thinking 9. Good competence in team management and coordination 10. Able to perform under highly stressful situation 11. Highly analytical and logical abilities
