1.将公司战略发展及规划，与国家民用航空发展政策、国内航空市场发展动态进行对接；
2.采购战略协调，与其他部门紧密合作，确保采购战略与公司整体战略的一致性；
3.收集民用航空市场信息情报，监控，分析。为合资公司发展战略提供数据支持；
4.针对国家民用航空供应链发展战略，制定合资公司相对应的采购政策与战略；
5.在国家法规及相关规范基础上，针对合资公司编制，维护战略采购的相关流程与方法；
6.与上级集团针对采购的各项制度要求进行贯彻，并将相应采购平台对接，确保合资公司可以通过集团框架协议和集采平台，使采购利益***化。
1.Align the company’s strategic development with domestic aviation development policies and aviation market trends;
2.Procurement strategy coordination, work closely with other departments to ensure the consistency of procurement strategy with the company's overall strategy;
3.Collect, monitor and analyze civil aviation market information. Provide data support for JV's development strategy;
4.Based upon domestic aviation supply chain development strategy, formulate corresponding procurement policies and strategies for JV;
5.Based upon national laws/regulations and relevant norms, prepare and maintain relevant processes and methods for strategic procurement for JV;
6.Implement various procurement system requirements with the CNBM group Frame contract and enablement umbrella to ensure that JV can maximize procurement benefits through the group framework agreement and centralized procurement platform.

3.具备10年及以上相关工作经验，5年及以上团队管理经验或战略采购工作经验；
4.按照公司发展和运营需求，搭建和发展与合资公司发展需求相配套供应商名录，发展供应链战略合作伙伴；
5.制定供应链发展长期目标，定期对供应链风险进行收集评估，制定相应规避方案；
6.具备制定工作包造买方案的相关经验；
7.具备敏锐的市场洞察力、优秀的项目组织能力和市场开拓能力；
8.英语流利，可作为工作语言。
1.Possessing strong professional ethics and personal integrity, conscientiously implementing the central Party leadership’s eight-point decision, maintaining a clear distinction between public and private matters, upholding honesty and trustworthiness, strictly adhering to ethical boundaries, and practicing integrity in professional conduct;
2.Full time undergraduate degree or above, majoring in science and engineering.
3.Having 10 years or more of relevant work experience, 5 years or more of team management or strategy procurement work experience;
4.Building and developing a supplier list that matches JV's development needs, and developing supply chain strategic partners in accordance with the company's development and operational needs;
5.Formulating the long-term goals for supply chain development, regularly assessing supply chain risks and formulating corresponding avoidance plans;
6.Having relevant experience in the formulation of work package purchasing plans；
7.Having sharp market insights, excellent project organization skills, and market development capabilities;
8.English can be used as a working language.
