Duties & Responsibilities Sales Related - Achieve exceptional individual sales and team KPI, be accountable for online sales results. - Provide a holistic (across all categories) and outstanding online shopping experience that is personalized for each client. - Maximize business opportunities on RTW which is the key category to grow client’s lifetime value. - Elevate the clients’ purchasing preferences to Les Extraordinaires pieces. Design and implement strategic actions to tap lapsed and prospective High-End clients. Clienteling Related - Demonstrate sales leadership and advanced clienteling skills, leveraging the different tools available to develop existing and recruit new Clients and build long term Client relationship. - Participate in offline gathering, including High End events, clienteling events or any other occasions to reinforce face-to-face communication and enhance the retention. Others - Proactively provide the team with qualitative feedback based on customer needs, leveraging expertise and knowledge. - Share best practices, resources, and inspirational stories to create excitement and raise role model impact within the team. Experience and Skills - 3-5 years of sales and clienteling experience (online experience preferred) - Client-centric mindset to deliver the highest level of client experience. - Passion in Louis Vuitton, and deep knowledge of the luxury industry. - Excellent interpersonal communication skills, confident in sharing conviction.
