The Certified Collectibles Group (CCG) is seeking a Social Media Content Creator to join its fast-growing and dynamic team! CCG is the world’s leading provider of expert and impartial services for collectibles, including coins, banknotes, comic books, magazines, TCGs, sports cards, video games, home video and more.
As a Social Media Content Creator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the CGC Cards marketing and content teams through social media strategy, content creation and audience engagement. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and growing our social media presence, posting and scheduling content, community management and providing valuable social analytics and growth insights.
Job Description:
1. Be responsible for CCG Shanghai Douyin, WeChat, bilibili, etc. account(s) management and operations including but not limited to content planning and deliverables.
2. Be responsible for weekly/monthly Douyin, WeChat, bilibili, etc. account(s) performance, providing insights for optimization & improvement and delivering brand image on social platforms.
3. Post, schedule and track social media content
4. Maintain professional and positive community management
5. Engage with CCG’s social followers by addressing questions and comments on all platforms
6. Provide detailed social analytics and growth guidance
7. Assuring brand compliance on social media
8. Assisting with content translation in Chinese and English if required
9. Attending card exhibitions if required
Qualifications:
10. Bachelor Graduate in a related field with 1-3 years of social media experience, of which at least 1-2 years focusing on Douyin is a must.
11. Photo and/or video shooting/editing skills
12. Being passionate and sensitive towards social media and having a keen interest in collectible cards.
13. Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and verbal is a must; excellent English writing skill would be a plus.
14. Willingness to travel for exhibitions
15. Strong multi-tasking capability, eager to learn and willingness to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
16. Being responsible, detail-oriented, open-minded and creative, with a team mentality.
17. Knowledge of social media analytics
18. Previous experience with Adobe CS preferred
