1. Manage Head’s calendar and appointment schedules
2. Act as custodian of corporate documents and records
3. Take and transcribes dictation, and compose and prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents
4. Prepare documents, spreadsheet, and presentation material as assigned
5. Arrange travel plans and itineraries for Head
6. Liaise with internal functions and Regional Head Office and Headquarters for business purpose
7. Be responsible for VIP visit arrangement
8. Records Meeting minutes
9. Organize and/or coordinate dept activities
10. Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager
11. Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection
