Responsibilities: · Support Customer queries, Investigate and troubleshoot the issues during usage of the Google advertisement tool · Troubleshoot html, css and javascript code page implementation · Maintain high CSAT through accurate troubleshooting & excellent customer service skills · Provide technical support to clients via email and chat. · Follow the workflow & adhere to SLAs such as Quality & efficiency
Minimum Qualification: · BtoC, BtoB support Minimum : 12 months experience · Web Development Minimum : write/read code(HTML/JS/CSS) · B.E/B Tech (CS/IT), BCA or BSc comp This experience is a plus
Skill requirement: · Customer service experience in Japanese · Strong soft skills particularly in writing with ownership, and problem solving skills · HTML /JS/CSS knowledge · Capability to understand the Japanese business culture and various technologies in the Japanese customers apply · Online Ad Ops experience (Not mandatory). · Experience in Ad server platform products like Ad Manager/DFP, AdSense, Ad Exchange, Google Tag Manager (Not mandatory).
Communication: · Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese business level · Able to understand English and basic speaking.
