Job responsibilities
Report to the general manager.
1. Establish factory lean TPM / vision.
2. Develop and promote Lean / TPM plan.
3. Establish factory 5S system and lead the overall team to continuously improve the company 5S.
4. Provide lean / TPM training, improve employees' 5S and TPM awareness through lean activities.
5. Manage KaiZen projects to achieve expected goals.
6. Assist finance to verify lean improvement results.
7. Promote continuous improvement.
8. Other tasks assigned by the leader.
Job requirement
1. Good ability on English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
2. Bachelor’s degree or above.
3. At least 5 years lean management experience in foreign company.

5. 管理“改善”项目，实现预期目标。
6. 协助财务验证精益改进的结果。
7. 促进持续改进。
8. 领导交办的其他工作。
工作要求
1. 良好的英语听说读写能力。
2. 本科及以上学历。
3. 5年以上外资企业精益管理经验。
