This position's work schedule is 9am to 10pm (12 hours) each day with one day off every other day. Responsibilities - Answer phones - Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, live chat and email - Provide customers with product and service information - Upsell products and services - Handle and resolve customer complaints - Follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved. - Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource - Process returns - Complete call logs and reports - Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls. - Coordinate with 3PL warehouse on both outbound orders and returns - Track bed shipments and assess delivery performances of shipping agents - Other duties as assigned Requirements - Motivated by a fast paced, rapidly expanding, entrepreneurial environment - Highly organized and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent computer skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese - Detail-oriented - Possess a “do what’s necessary” attitude - Constantly learning and always raising the bar
