岗位职责: 1.Responsible for customer development, daily maintenance of existing customers, supervision and business development 负责客户开发、现有客户日常维护,督促以及业务拓展 2.Responsible for annual budget planning of distributors, annual contract formulation, pricing structure, distributor assessment etc. 负责经销商年度预算规划,年度合同制定,以及价格体系、经销商考核等管理政策制定及调整 3.Follow up daily sales operation including sales plan/team target achievement/ promotion plan to develop more sales value 跟进日常工作,包括销售计划/跟踪/营销方案等以达到更高的销售目标 4.Using sales skills and product knowledge to achieve monthly sales target, directly responsible for clients as well 运用销售技巧和产品知识达成公司确定的每月销售目标并直接对客户负责 5.Periodically analyzed competitive products, integrated and analyzed sales data, and be familiar with market conditions 定期进行行业竞品分析,销售数据整合及数据分析,并熟悉市场情况 6.Developing new potential clients constantly and increase sales volume within company guidelines. 不断发展新客户,不断按公司指引增加渠道销量 任职要求: 1.Bachelor degree,3 years+coffee machine sales experience. 本科学历,3年以上咖啡机销售相关经验 2.Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with strong sales execution 出色的沟通能力,人际技巧,谈判能力,具备较强的销售执行力 3.Circumspection, self-motivated and independent 细心,主动积极,具有工作独立性 4.Good in both written and oral English 良好的英语听说写能力
