1. Job Purpose: Implement sales plan to achieve objective, meanwhile provide basic technical support to key accounts and project developments if required.
2. Principal Accountabilities: - Ensure the business operation in compliance with company mission & vision by monitoring the application of operating standard procedure. - Take responsibility for sales objective delivery and market development in assigned area as appropriate. - Develop value selling and technical understanding to accelerate new product development with the right priority and value proposition. - Work with line manager and marketing team to execute sales plan strictly in timely fashion. - Develop key account management plan to maintain strong relationships at multiple level to expand market share key accounts. - Work independently in conjunction with the technical teams to Identify new opportunities, conduct opportunity assessment for review and initiate the project to drive sales growth steadily.
3. Knowledge / Experience / Skills Needed Education: - University, Chemical related major is preferred.
Experiences: - At least 5 years technical or sales experience in Automotive related industries. - Basic knowledge in PU technology (not imperative but preferred) - Integrity, dedication, open-minded, self-motivated, learning ability, team spirit
