1.接待外部外部访客、政府部门,适当地回答他们的问题并且根据他们的需求为其安排与企业内部人员的见面或电话的转接。 Greet visitors or government sectors and handle their inquiries or direct them to the person according to their needs appropriate. 2.负责收发信件、快递,办公用品采购、订水等日常行政事务,提供相关信息,并做好准确记录。 Assists in mailing, express delivery, stationary, food and beverage order when necessary. Making accurate records of them and do regular report for review. 3.办公设施及固定资产的维护与管理,车辆统筹安排. Maintain and manage office facilities and fixed assets, van/car arrangement. 4.供应商合同管理,维护双方友好关系,必要时开发新供应商。 Responsible for vendors’ and suppliers’ contracts, maintain good relationship, develop new vendor and supplier. 6.完成主管要求的其它行政事务。 Accomplish other tasks required or assigned by the supervisor.
