Responsibilities:
-Lead AP/AR team, supervise all daily work for team.
-Review and control all the accounting work for AP/AR team, including routine entry review, monthly closing control, account reconciliation review, revenue, and expenses recognition control, etc.
-Enhance AR/AP related SOP, improve process standard and requests based on company DOA, government requirements or tax law.
-Work closely with other team (business, FP&A, IT, Tax, GL, etc.) on any AP & AR operational issues and ensure proper follow up, including process and system improvement.
-Support external and internal audit process.
-Advise or discuss with Finance Manager to improve work procedure for the whole team and finish any ad hoc tasks.
-Performance of any other related duties as assigned or requested.


Requirement:
-Bachelor’s degree or above, preferable in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
-8+ years related working expenses in multinational company with 1+ years in leader or supervisor role.
-Knowledge of commonly used accounting concepts, practices and procedures required.
-Able to work under pressure, prioritize duties, meet deadlines, and work independently while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers.
-Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
-FMCG or retail industry is preferable.
-Dynamic AX experience preferred.
-Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
