职责: Job Description Summary: The main responsibilities are (i) Order processing for both sales order and sample order(ii) Customer Delivery/Pick up coordination (iii) Inventory reconciliation (iv) Hotline/CRM system maintenance. Furthermore, the role will be able to lead continuous evolution of enterprise capabilities & best practices to support the on-going fast growth of the business with profound experience and process understanding. In this position, you will also act as sparring partner to demand and supply planning manager to support various order/inventory projects with your analytical capabilities and business understanding. Therefore, this role is highly visible as it is creating a real and active value to both commercial operations and managemen.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Order to Delivery: o Take in charge of daily order to delivery process for all sales channels, including receiving orders from distributors and communicating order details, forecast and stock check. o Follow the standard order to deliver leadtime, coordinate with commercial team and warehouse if any rush order demand. o Order placement in SAP, follow the principle of FIFO o Managing sample orders and sample delivery; o Weekly monitor all sales channel order & delivery status vs target and communicate with all stake[1]holders. o Responsible for daily order tracking system with commercial, logistics, warehouse and transportation. o Monthly order KPI include but is not limited to OTIF, RDD, rush order rate, etc. o Perform as key contact window for RTM and communicate with customers in terms of order to delivery process. o Continuously improvement on daily/weekly order to delivery process based on different channel demand. o Transportation data maintenance and analysis, and monthly billing checking; o Monthly /yearly order analysis report for management review. 2. Inventory management: o Monthly inventory shelf life / SAP location management based on different channel requirements. o Managing order vs incoming, work out weekly report of distributor’s leftover status, and make sure leftover volume should fully match the stock status. o Monthly write off handling in system. o Monthly inventory reconciliation with warehouse before closing, make sure no inventory difference on storage location level between Lindt and warehouse. o Take in charge of hotline outsourcing company management, follow up customer complain/needs until case closed. o Act as key contact window of global CRM system, attend monthly CRM call and maintain system operations.

Qualifications and Competencies required: 1. Bachelor degree or above; 2. At least 2 years customer service experiences in multinational companies; 3. Experience in FMCG or food industry is preferred; 4. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel. SAP is a plus; 5. Fluent in Mandarin and English (verbal and written).
