Job Summary Responsible for crafting, prioritizing, and implementing RMT products strategies in East China Market and reach assigned goals.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: 1. Involved in the development growth plan for the product family to reach certain booking and price goal, as well as market share. 2. Track potential projects, spec-in & make smart quote together with sales team on a routine basis. 3. Work with the local sales team to drive Pressure and Temperature business growth. 4. Make relative data and information analysis (such as industry breakdown data, product penetration plans, competition and market analysis, etc.). 5. Looking for new growth opportunities to sustain the growth. 6. Provide relative product presentations in seminars and roadshows. 7. Plan and execute the sales and marketing launch of new product introductions using innovative tools and techniques.
For This Role, You Will Need: 1. Degree in an engineering discipline (Mechanical, Chemical, Automation, Instrumentation). 2. Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) and must be a good communicator. 3. 3 years+ sales, BD or technique support experience in process instrumentation. 4. Occupational health and safety acumen.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: 1. A good understanding of process instrumentation. 2. Fast in learning. 3. Strong interpersonal, communication and planning skill. 4. Strong presentation skills. 5. Strong computer proficiency in the use of a presentation package (such as PowerPoint), a spreadsheet (such as Excel), and a word processor (such as Word). 6. Capable of extensive travel within China to support the sales efforts and travel outside China for training and other business meetings. 7. Driving for result and customer focus.
