1.Overseeing the global design, development, and maintenance of the C&P customer portal. 2.In coordination with management, developing the project scoping, approach,timeline, budget, organization. 3.Supervising the definition of the portal technical and functional architectures. 4.Ensuring the web portal meets all technical requirements and is providing a satisfying user experience. 5.Leading and managing a team of business analysis, designers, developers, and content creators to ensure timely delivery of the project. 6.Facilitating communication and collaboration between team members and stakeholders globally. 7.Reporting project progresses, updates, and relevant improvement recommendations regularly to project stakeholders. 8.Acting as an interface with SGS Group IT. 9.Cooperating with the finance and controlling teams in terms of financial planning and controlling of the project. 10.Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the web portal's functionality and performance. 11.Leading market research and staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices in customer portals. 12.Analyzing user feedback and usage data to identify areas of improvement. 13.Ensuring proper documentation and reporting of project progress to stakeholders.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. 2.At least 10 years’ experience in Project Management; or a combination of Project Management and Web Development. 3.Experience working with multicultural teams and stakeholders - able to bridge China and non-China teams. 4.Excellent knowledge and experience in project management methodologies, processes, and tools - Project Management accreditation or equivalent recommended. 5.Fair knowledge of web development languages and technologies, such as HTML, CSS,JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, etc. 6.Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills - both verbal and written, with ability to make necessary status reports and technical presentations to all levels. 7.Knowledge of the Chinese market and cultural nuances is a plus. 8.Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.
