Responsibilities
? Quote Generation per the approval in Notes and company standard.
? Support Sales to prepare business documentation such as bidding doc. etc.
? Order entry to Oracle and drive the approval process timely
? Order fulfill including LC process, prepayment follow up, shipping preparation with logistics, import/export SOP, AR collection, etc.
? Shipment follow up and delivery, assist Sales to obtain the FAC to close project.
? Support customer requirement of various documents such as supplier information register, customer CRM platform, confirmation of account Balances etc.
? Project document/ database maintenance.
? Other necessary assistance to staff to perform their jobs more efficiently.
? Administration Support
? Accomplish other tasks assigned by supervisor(s)

Qualifications/Skills
? Diploma or bachelor's degree, majored in international trading or logistic is preferred.
? 1-3 years relevant working experience in commercial or contract management.
? Comprehensive knowledge of import & export order processing.
? Sense of responsibility and customer service awareness.
? Strong interpersonal, team work and relationship building skills.
? Good written and oral communication skills in English.
? Willing to work under pressure and tight schedule to get things done.
