Your Responsibilities
? Strategic Planning & Goal Setting:
Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies for the Tmall store, including product assortment, pricing strategy, promotional campaign design, ensuring annual and quarterly sales targets are met.
Align the store's direction with corporate strategy and evolving market conditions to enhance brand awareness and influence on the Tmall platform.
? Operational Management & Execution:
Oversee day-to-day management of the Tmall store, ensuring page designs, user experience, and product listing procedures meet Tmall requirements and uphold our brand image.
Continuously optimize in-store metrics by analyzing data such as traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior to boost sales and customer satisfaction.
? Team Building & Talent Development:
Build and nurture a high-performance e-commerce team, establish clear internal workflows, mentor team members to improve their skills, and foster a positive working environment.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and ensure all teams work cohesively towards shared performance objectives.
? Marketing Promotion & Resource Integration:
Plan and execute various online marketing campaigns, leveraging Tmall's in-platform resources like Tmall Express, Diamond Display Ads, and Super Recommendation for precise advertising placements while exploring off-platform promotion channels to increase brand exposure.
Adapt and adjust promotional plans according to market demand and competitor analysis, ensuring the competitiveness of our products.
? Data Analysis & Decision Support:
Conduct deep-dive analyses of business data to provide accurate support and decision-making insights to senior management. Continuously iterate and optimize operational strategies based on data analysis results.
Regularly review and summarize store performance, propose solutions to identified issues, and develop improvement measures to ensure stable and healthy store growth.
? Risk Management & Compliance Control:
Ensure compliance with Tmall platform regulations and relevant national laws and regulations, promptly handle unexpected situations and crisis events to minimize risk impact.
Stay abreast of industry policy changes, anticipate potential risks, and proactively devise contingency plans to safeguard company interests.

Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, E-commerce, Business Administration, or related fields; candidates with prior experience at large internet companies or managing renowned brands' Tmall flagship stores are preferred.
? A minimum of 5 years of e-commerce operation experience, with at least 3 years focusing specifically on Tmall store operations.
? Familiarity with Tmall platform policies and operating models, along with a solid grasp of the latest trends and marketing strategies in the e-commerce industry.
? Strong capability in data-driven decision making, proficient in using analytical tools (e.g., Ali business advisor) for business analysis.
? Proficiency in utilizing various platform promotional tools, including but not limited to Tmall Express, Diamond Display Ads, and super recommendation.
? Demonstrated project management and teamwork abilities, capable of effectively coordinating internal and external resources to deliver projects.
? Proven leadership skills, able to develop and grow team members' capabilities, driving the team to achieve goals.
? Excellent communication and coordination skills across departments, adept at building relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
? A proven track record of substantial sales growth, with successful experience in planning and executing major promotional campaigns.
? Highly sensitive to changes in the e-commerce market, having led significant product launches or brand promotions resulting in notable outcomes.
