Job Responsibility:
Business Support
For self-monitoring and investigation programs:
1) To ensure an effective communication with business stakeholders to make them not only understand observation, the related risk, but also enlightened them to analyze the root cause;
2) To support team leader for an innovative and effective CAPA proposal; aligned and convinced the CAPAs to business leaders; and continuously trace the status of CAPA completion status.
Policy
Support team leaders to update the investigation, 3rd risk mgt, and monitoring related SOPs/WIs are timely updated and well expressed based on changes of industry laws and regulation, or new initiative from Global E&C.
Training & Communication
1) To educate and share the observations from monitoring and investigation within the E&C team for team members to develop the curricula content and awareness materials;
2) To support the tailor made training actively in a professional perspective.
Monitoring & Investigation
1) To support team leader to develop yearly compliance monitoring program;
2) To independently lead external professionals to perform a comprehensive compliance monitoring and investigation programs through planning to reporting; ensure the process weakness and misconducts are well identified.
3) To deliver all the observations to the related stakeholders and influence, engage and support them to develop the CAPA;
4) To conduct 3rd party risk management topic, including ABAC DD process and review.
5) To build up and maintain the registration of frontier monitoring docs and tracking.
Global contacts
To work together with Global related E&C function, build BI's R/OPU Compliance network to provide advices and supports to global E&C compliance programs.

Qualifications:
Job Expertise
1)Solid knowledge and in-depth understanding of the markets in which TCM operates and the fast-changing business and compliance environment.
2) Expertise in E&C fields for pharmaceutical industry.
3) Strong professional skills and expertise in the field of monitoring and investigation.
Minimum Education/Degree Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field is required.
Required Capabilities (Skills, Experience, Competencies)
Experience and skills:
1) Minimum 7 years' working experience in compliance, auditing, consulting or finance. Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred.
2) Relevant professional qualification, such as CIA, CPA, ACCP etc. is preferred
3) Professional business presentation and influential and persuasive communication skills.
4) Fluent in both spoken and written English.
