Job Responsibility：
1. Independently carry out R&D projects, develop new product according to the marketing requirement, the quality of new formulas and packaging compatibility passed the test according to internal processes and standards, the pilot and trial production for the new formulas carried out, production process files made, new products can be produced in plant successfully. And develop new technologies to make a preparation for the further new product development. And be responsible for the acquisition of information, the coordination with the laboratory leader.
2. Implements special tests on active ingredients and products in agreement with the superior laboratory leader according to the schedule. Tests, which are indispensable yet cannot be implemented in their own fields, will be planned and internally on behalf (for example, by microbiology, R&D-services).
3. In the purpose of protecting own work results, work with the superior and patent coordinator to conduct researches in patents. Working with the superior, the patent coordinator and the patent department, you will formulate, if necessary, your own invention reports and texts.
4. Lead competitor technical analysis in the team and share with broader team to identify the opportunity.
5. Absorb and widen your professional knowledge by periodically reading literatures with initiative. The update shall be according to the latest development of BDF strategy and equally new scientific-technological developments.
6. Generate & explore new ideas and concepts for Hair care, based on your solid technological background, enriched by your mind set to always put consumer first in mind.
7. Supervises interfaces to other professional departments within marketing and takes responsibility in the exchange of information with co-workers from cooperating professional functions.

Qualification：
1. Excellent university degree in chemistry, biology or related, preferably expertise in emulsion/science, familiar with styling formula and process. Master plus, Bachelor at least 3 related experience.
2. Several years of work experience in R&D and/or innovation at a branded goods company, preferably FMCG.
3. As a team player, you are able to work with various departments, internal and external clients in a positive, constructive and friendly way.
4. You have a passion to learn and develop ideas, also with a consumer focus.
5. You are creative, as well as a systemic and analytical thinker.
6. You speak English fluently.
