Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and business growth in the Oil & Gas industry. You will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and lead the development and implementation of effective sales strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the Oil & Gas industry, with a focus on protective coatings products.
2. Explore project opportunity and follow project from Owner/EPC/Design Institute
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical, marketing, and operations, to develop tailored solutions and proposals for clients.
5. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our protective coatings.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and potential risks.
7. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports, providing regular updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
8. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and promote our products and services.
9. Continuously strive to exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
Job Requirements:
1. High Compliance Awareness and high ethical standards
2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
3. Strong knowledge and understanding of the Oil & Gas industry, materials/petroleum/coating background is a preferred.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
5. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies, achieving revenue growth and business expansion.
6. Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
8. Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients, attend industry events, and explore new business opportunities.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
