Functional area/职责 1. Execute the standard procedures of Sourcing Department 严格执行供应商开发部门的标准流程 2. Manage and oversee the sourcing dept to ensure the sourcing smooth and effective under the sourcing requirements 在部门流程下,领导和综观部门,确保流程的平稳及有效 3. Make performance assessments for all team members and set up the department development schedule 部门员工的绩效考核及建立部门发展计划 4. Responsible for negotiation with suppliers for annual sourcing agreements and ensure competitive purchase prices 负责年度采购协议的谈判,确保有竞争力的采购价格 5. Make annual sourcing budget, Develop new suppliers,Provide the feedback for customer inquiry in time 制作年度采购预算,开发新供应商,及时完成客户询价工作 6. Give training and coaching to team members 培训部门员工 7. Maintain and support 6-S principals and initiatives 支持及推动6S的推行 8. Other work assigned by superior and company 上级领导及公司分派的其他工作
Requirements/ Employment Conditions 任职要求/录用条件 1. Bachelor degree or above of Mechanical/Electrical/Automatic background 机械类等相关专业、本科或以上学历 2. At least 10 years’ related working experience including 4 years’ sourcing manager experience 至少10年相关工作经验,包括4年采购经理工作经验 3. Extensive Fasteners、C Parts+MRO and relevant Product knowledge良好的紧固件、C 类件和MRO产品或相关产品知识 4. Strong leadership 有力的管理能力 5. Good English oral and writing skills 良好的英语口语及书面语技巧 6. Proficient in MS office and familiar with ERP system (SAP) 熟练使用办公软件及ERP软件(SAP) 7. Team work spirit 团队合作精神 8. Adaptive to business trips to supplier sites 能适应至供应商处出差 9. Patient, efficient, responsible, can work under pressure耐心、高效、负责、能在压力下工作 10. Good mental and physical conditions良好的身心健康状况
