KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Implement the AM sourcing strategy in region. - Selecting, developing and managing suppliers in conformity with the sourcing strategy. - Optimize the balance on quality/profit to support business development - Lead AM purchasing team to meet the business goals of annual saving budget. - Coordinate with internal functions to ensure the business operation in product development, pricing, supply chain, quality. - Develops a supply of the highest quality components based on the criteria of quality, delivery, technical capability and overall business relationships. - Improve the cost structure and service range from supplier to meet business growth. - Being supportive for global purchasing needs as well as cross functional needs from other branches in APAC area. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE - Bachelor or above, major in Engineering/business admin. - Minimum 7-10 years working experience - Auto spare parts industry background will be a plus. - Product management or AM purchase experience is a MUST
