Job Summary: Development, upgrade, or maintenance of Compressor products. Responsible for Finite Element Analysis and new project mechanical design according to work requirement.
Responsibilities: ? Own Structural Statics analysis, Modal Statics analysis for Compressor components like Base, Enclosure, Tank and so on as project needed. ? Complete layouts, 3D models, sketches and detail drawings cooperating with product engineer design intention according to project schedule. ? Lead or support mechanical subsystem design work such as base & enclosure subsystem, drivetrain subsystem, piping system and major machining parts. ? Provides necessary design information to outside sources to achieve new product requirements and current product improvements. Creates designs that function in a safe manner with optimum cost and reliability. ? Manage well on engineering documentations (3D models, 2D drawings) in PTC Windchill system
Qualifications: ? Bachelor degree major in Mechanical Engineering. ? At least 3 years working experience in machining industry, sheet metal design engineer, tube design engineer, casting design engineer are preferred. ? Working Experience >=5 Years. ? General mechanical design principles.
Key Competencies: ? Finite Element Analysis software skill is MUST ? Engineering fundamental knowledge required: Rich knowledge in Materials Mechanics and theoretical calculations is Must; Good manufacturing knowledge in casting, machining, forging, sheet metal, welding is preferred ? Pro/E or Creo 3D modeling/2D Draft skills is MUST ? Well knowledge to GD&T design and calculation ? PTC Windchill or Teamcenter used experience is highly preferred ? Basic skill on reading and written English ? Good team player; could work under pressure
