Key responsibilities: ? To effectively use the RS value proposition to differentiate RS from our competitors in the minds of their contacts; ? Proactively call out target customers per company requirements to explore new business opportunities; ? Maintain good engagement with customer, and explore potential customers; ? Perform pre-quotation review refer to the quotation guidelines and raise requisition to quotation coordinator for the support of quotation, follow up on conversion; ? Liaise effectively across functions to ensure customers are delighted, and raise customer satisfaction rate (NPS); ? Support Finance for acceleration AR collection; ? Complete any other top-down task from company, such as participating product training, marketing campaign, CI projects, EH&S, etc.; ? Other ad-hoc task assigned by manager or company. Key requirements: ? Effective negotiator and influencer with outstanding written and verbal communication skills ? Naturally strong interpersonal skills forming and maintaining positive relationship at all levels ? Proven ability in delivering a great customer experience ? Proven experience as telephone sales / sales support in Industry/MRO/ELE preferred ? Exceeding KPIs and deadlines, able to work under pressure, target driven, takes accountability and initiative, innovative problem solving skills, independent. ? Quick action, strong planning, prioritisation and time management skills ? Collaborative, shows respects to others and values differing opinions and perspectives ? Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft packages
