工作描述 Job Description

工程 Engineering

1. 总负责FTSP设备机械方案的制定、机械图纸、BOM表的审核等,根据团队总任务,分配、指导、监督团队成员日常工作,以确保任务保质保量按时地完成。Full charge of FTS machinery schemes planning, mechanical drawings, BOM review. Assign, guide and supervise team members’ daily work according to the general tasks of team, in order to make sure tasks are finished on time with both quality and quantity.
2. 通读每个项目的技术协议,对不合理处作修改,有能力提出正确的符合各方要求的项目最终版技术协议。保证符合FTS利益,并根据技术协议提出全面综合的项目产品设计解决方案,改变被动接受客户条款的局面。负责将项目相关文件及信息准确传达至部门内部。监督工程部严格按照合同进行产品的设计工作。指导并负责图纸、说明书等文档的编写工作。Reading through the technical agreements for each project to do the amendment of unreasonable points. Being able to submit the final technical agreement of project which meets the requirements from different parties to ensure the profit of FTS. Making comprehensive and integrated design solutions of products of the project according to technical agreement. Changing the situation of passive acceptance of customers’ terms. Be responsible for accurate transfer of the project related documents and information into the organization and following departments. Supervising Engineering Department to work in accordance with the contract of the product strictly. Guiding and be responsible for the writing of drawings, specifications and other documents.
3. 负责使团队创建节约成本而 先进的解决办法,并符合中国的环保标准及安全章程。产品能让用户感受良好,符合人体工学,提升FTS产品的性能,保证产品各项性能领先于竞争对手,应用新产品新技术,并保证产品的可靠性。Be responsible to enable the team; create cost efficient, state of the art solutions, according to environmental standards and safety regulation in China, as well as user friendly and ergonomic. Enhancing performance of FTS products to ensure they are ahead of competitors, to use new products and technologies and to ensure the reliability of the products.
4. 利用***的工程设计方式以确保产品设计的正确合理性,降低成本,确保工程设计保质保量,按时完成各项工程设计任务。Ensure the rationality of product design by following state of the art engineering methods. Reducing costs, and ensuring the quality and quantity of engineering design. Completing various engineering tasks timely.
5. 确保BOM,图纸以及SAP数据的准确性以保证FTS标准化流程的有效性,保障产品和部门总业务的成本结构。对工程部发出图纸及BOM的正确性、及时性全权负责。保证工程过程之中的服务跟踪反馈修改存档。Be responsible for the high quality of the BOM, drawing and SAP data to ensure the effectiveness of the FTS standard workflow. Full charge of the correctness and timeliness of finishing engineering drawings and BOM by engineer department. Ensure the tracking of service feedback during design process and update/maintain the documents.
6. 确保工程部门对车间、安装调试团队的技术支持, 取得良好反馈意见,并用到产品改进中。Ensure mechanical Engineering technical support to workshop and installation & commissioning department. Getting good feedback and to using it into product improvements.
7. 负责支持和解决设备设计/技术相关现场问题,分析技术根源和解决方案。
Being responsible to support and solve design/technical related onsite problems on the equipment, technical root cause analysis and solution provision.

商务管理 Commercial management

1. 合理分配下属任务,确保以最低的成本完成任务,提高下属的工作积极性。
Reasonably assign tasks to the team members to ensure that the tasks shall be accomplished at minimum cost. Enhancing the work enthusiasm of subordinates.
2. 审核技术协议条款;监督工程文档管理,包括但不限于图纸、 服务架构、 物料清单;为与普通标准不同的特殊解决方案准备FTS内部ICO。合理存档,及时备份。及时修改文档,保证文档的正确性。Review contract terms for technical agreements, supervise engineering documentation management including but not limited to drawings, server structure, BOM as well as preparation of FTS internal ICO for special solution differ from the standard. Keeping file reasonably and backup timely. Modifying the documents timely to ensure correctness.

人员管理 Team management

1. 负责团队成员的日常管理,包括工作分配、工作量评估、监督与指导等。
Charge of daily management of team members, including work assignment, workload evaluation, supervision and guidance.
2. 定期组织团队内部会议,沟通小组工作情况,总结上阶段工作表现,明确下阶段工作计划及要求。Organize the internal team meeting regularly, communicate the work situation of team, summarize the work performance of last working period and clarify the work plan and goal of next working period.
3. 促进推动团队内部的学习与创新,技术知识及工作经验的分享, 以提高团队成员的工作效率和能力。Promote study and innovation, technical knowledge and sharing working experience of internal team, in order to improve the efficiency and capacity of the team.
4. 监督并确保小组人员的完成各项应参加的培训。Supervise and make sure team members participate in all the trainings which they should attend.

其他 Others
完成事业部总经理及上级领导分配的其他任务 Complete other tasks assigned by the OP manager and supervisor leader.


任职要求 Required Job Qualifications

1. 本科以上学历;机械、电器、自控相关专业,熟悉自动化控制,机械设计,产品研发过程。 Bachelor or above; Major in mechanical, electrical, automation-related, familiar with automation and control, Mechanical design, product development process.
2. 5年以上汽车或机械制造和自动化领域相关项目管理工作经验 和3年以上管理工作经验。More than 5 years related working experiences in Project management preferred in the field of Automotive/ Machinery Manufacturing and Automation, and more than 3 years leadership experiences in management.
3. 熟练使用计算机CATIA, Solidworks, Autocad, SAP, Eplan, S7, Rockwell PLC 软件,具有机械和电器专业背景,熟悉机械、气动、液压、自控系统。Good computer skill, familiar with CATIA, Solidworks, Autocad, SAP, majored in mechanical profession, and be familiar with mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automatic control system.
4. 具有优秀的英语听说读写能力;英语4级或以上。CET-4 or above in English, Proficiency in both oral and written English.
5. 能够领导,促进和激发一个中型工程技术团队,同时具有高度积极性和出色的组织能力, 沟通能力和谈判技巧,工作积极主动,本身专业知识丰富,实际工作经验丰富,有一定抗压能力。Ability to coach, motivate, lead and drive a medium-large team. Highly motivated and well organized, with excellent communication and negotiation skills, proactive working style; Having lots of technical knowledge and practical experience, and be able to work under pressure.
