As we continue to expand our presence in the Chinese market, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic ViscoTec China team. Headquarters in Germany, all products are made in Germany.

Role Summary:
The Operations Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations in China. You will be responsible for optimizing processes, managing resources efficiently, and maintaining compliance with legal requirements. As a key member of our leadership team, you’ll contribute to our growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring they are carried out in a cost-effective manner.
Process Improvement: Continuously enhance operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
Inventory Management: Plan and manage inventory, optimize warehouse efficiency, and ensure timely material procurement.
Legal Compliance: Ensure all processes adhere to legal and regulatory standards.
Strategic Planning: Formulate strategic and operational objectives aligned with company goals.
Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to improve profitability and manage budgets.
Quality Control: Implement quality control measures and monitor KPIs.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Customer Service: Find ways to enhance the quality of customer service across all levels.

Requirements:
Proven work experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial principles.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Outstanding organizational abilities.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
