1. To carry out Vendor Pre-qualification. 进行供应商资格预审。
2. Prepare and send RFQ (Request for Quotation). 准备并发送RFQ（询价单）。
3. Sourcing and purchasing of material, components and equipment for project, production and trading goods. 项目、生产和贸易货物的材料、组件和设备的询价和采购。
4. Obtain quotation, make commercial evaluation and prepare Quotation Summary. 获取报价，进行商业评估，并编制报价汇总表。
5. Prepare and maintain records of all PO and local Contract. 准备并维护所有采购PO和本地合同的记录。
6. Work closely with HQ, Project Team and Suppliers for monitoring schedule of the issued Contract/PO. 与总部、项目团队和供应商密切合作，监督已发布合同/PO的进度。
7. Prepare monthly reports for analysis of procurement activities. 编制月度报告，用于分析采购活动。
8. Assist / Support in drawing communication and updates with HQ and factories. 协助/支持与总部和工厂的图纸沟通和更新。
9. Any other assignments that are assigned by General Manager. 总经理分配的任何其他任务。
Position Requirements / 职位要求:
1. Age: 25 years old and above. 年龄：25岁及以上。
2. Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred. 最低机械工程大专文凭。机械工程学士学位优先。
3. More than 3 years' related working experience in purchasing and sourcing of industrial material, component and equipment is preferred. 3年以上工业材料、部件和设备采购和采购相关工作经验优先。
4. Able to read Engineering drawings in English. 能够阅读英文工程图纸。
5. Good English in reading and writing. 良好的英语读写能力。
6. Excellent Chinese in speaking, reading and writing. 优秀的中文口语、阅读和写作能力。
7. Good knowledge of PC Skill in Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint is expected. 熟练掌握微软Word、Excel和PowerPoint的电脑技能。
8. Good knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred. 有良好的AutoCAD知识者优先。
9. High personal reliability, honest character. 个人可靠性高，性格诚实。
