1.Identify, approach and build relationship with national key accounts (sizable and repeatable). 2.Supporting, educating and developing various relationships within strategic accounts to get more awareness how to select and use LED luminaires and systems in the project, including TCO, business case calculation. 3.Build relationships with knowledgeable Partners and key-influencers. 4.Build local government, partner and financial programs to get more support for various financial support for the project. 5.Actively align and gaining internal resources and support to delivery our promise to customers. 6.Provide input to product development and marketing on new opportunities for Philips Lighting Horticulture. 7.Finally close the deal and realize allocated AOP.
You are… 1. Bachelors degree 2. Minimum 5 years working experience in the business development, marketing or sales area of designing, building hotel equipment, preferably familiar with in electronic and control segment. 3. Understand the eco-system of hotel segment, well connected with key stakeholders in this segment e.g. property developers, architect designers, lighting specifiers and dealers etc. 4. Committed, result driven, no nonsense& to-the-point mentality. 5. Good inter-personal skills, conscientious and pro-active, with reasonable English skills; 6. You are inter-dependent and good team player.
