Semiconductor Industry Account Manager半导体行业客户经理 Location: Shanghai Responsibilities: ?Manage day-to-day relationships with strategic customers and develop a deep understanding of their organization, technical requirement, and long-term business strategies. ?Executing sales/marketing strategy ,achieve assigned sales target. ?Responsible of new account development and/or expanding existing account in assigned market. ?Collect market information and identify new opportunities and market potentials from customers to maximize and enhance growth. ?Coordinate between company and customers, provide the best product/service to customer. ?Forecast/analysis market situations, drive defense/penetration strategies, and present to superior. ?Take on price negotiation under difficult and complex situations, and win the deal strategically. ?Visiting prospective customers, provides technical and administrative product information, and quotes appropriate customer prices. Requirements: ?Bachelor degree or above, major in EE is preferred. ?Minimum of 2-4 years sales experience in the Semiconductor/Electronics industry. ?Have basic knowledge of wafer Fab and photomask industry customers, and relevant IC market, with technical background of photomask or litho related process is preferred. ?Proficiency in both written and spoken English. ?Good customer service experience with strong presentation skills ?Good selling skills with strong price negotiation skills ?Strong business sense on market and price ?Good problem solving with strong analytical skills ?Good Communication with strong execution ability ?Strong organization with good coordination skills ?Good teamwork ability with open mind ?Strong PC Skills (MS Office Applications - especially PPT & Excel Macro function and Statistical skills etc)
