Job Summary/Purposes
The incumbent is responsible to support all the E-Commerce related activities.
Responsibilities
? Responsible to manage customer orders and system relevant from E-Commerce platforms, ensuring on time delivery and sales data insert.
? Responsible for online store daily basic data summary, statistics, event details update of EC calendar.
? Cooperate with internal departments for stock updating, merchandise, campaign information, etc.
? Cooperate with TP departments of information updating, data follow up and executive monitor.
? Handle all customer service enquires and complaints from online shoppers.
? Coordinate with offline replenishment in system and arrange delivery.
? Other job assigned by leader.

Requirements
1. At least 1 years working experiences in E-Commerce field, fashion experience is a plus
2. Fluent English & Chinese in writing & reading and excel & ppt skills
3. Good communicating skills, team player, proactive, figure sensitive and attentive to details
4. Able to work under pressure
