MAIN PURPOSE
To manage and support the execution of events of different scales including branding events, boutique events, wholesale events and press events.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Assistant in planning and preparation of events, communication with cross function team
? Monitor and supervise the execution of agency to ensure the event has actionable and qualitied
? Coordination of event related products, event materials, security arrangement, etc.
? Pre/post event support and follow-up with event owner closely

COMPETENCY REQUIRED:？
? Hands marketing / PR event experience in the past 4-5 years？
? Luxury brand industry marketing background preferred
? Creative and logical thinking
? Self-motivating. Loyalty. Highly devoted. Team player
? Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese
