Job Description: We are seeking Sales & Service Engineers to join our team, focusing on the optics industry in China. This role involves direct sales, customer service, and technical support for our cutting-edge metrology, dicing, and optical alignment equipment. The ideal candidate will excel in finding new customers, building strong customer relationships, installing equipment, and troubleshooting service problems - ensuring our clients receive top-notch service and support. Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential clients in the optics industry to introduce metrology and manufacturing process equipment. Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals. Install equipment after sale, ensuring products are correctly calibrated and integrated into client workflows. Provide comprehensive training to customers, enhancing their product understanding and usage. Offer prompt and effective troubleshooting and technical support, maintaining high service standards. Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to offer the latest solutions to clients. Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall company growth. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Optics, Physics, or a related technical field. 5-7+ years of working experience in the optics industry or related industry. Understanding of how metrology, dicing, and/or optical alignment equipment is used in the optical manufacturing process. Technical ability to troubleshoot and service metrology and optical equipment. Can communicate closely with customers to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions. Can work independently without much guidance, and can handle multiple projects at the same time. Fluency in Mandarin and proficiency in English to communicate with suppliers and company management. Cantonese is preferred, but not required. Willingness to travel extensively across China for customer visits.
