岗位职责:
- To develop, support local suppliers to reach Continental technical requirement for China market
- To widen brake pad knowledge, to investigate issues and document and share the findings within team
- To define test plan for localization/selection/development of pad/lining material for China projects
- To coordinate test, monitor test results/report and release local pad/lining material, if necessary with support from Ffm.
- To report to customer on pad localization/selection/development.
- To coordinate with relevant departments in regards to pad definition and development, eg. P, SQM, etc.
- To support suppliers to understand and fulfill internal tech. requirement/specification
- To give support to pad/lining related issues to India and Japan
- To give support and solve complaint from customer related to pad/lining from R&D point of view
