Ensure implementation excellence of the In-store and online communication strategies and guidelines ? Develop in-store visual merchandising and display strategy to maximize brand exposure ? Plan promotion calendar including marketing activations and be responsible for the country implementation ? Execute and Implement global and local campaigns ? Ensure the correct Branding execution ? Coordinate the execution of the Advertising agreements with brand ? On-going monitoring of competitors , retail and product trends, and apply best practices to enhance retail design, environment and in-store customer experience ? Develop partnership opportunities with country partners to increase business opportunity and brand awareness in the country level ? Ensure the proper implementation of brands campaigns ? Propose content to post in the social media channels of the countries operations ? Arrange loyalty campaign to build up the repeated customers of the country operations Management, Leadership and HR ? Proactive in alignment, support and coordination with countries teams ? Accountable for reporting results of the promotions implementation ? Specific responsibilities as required by direct manager Requirements: ? Bachelor degree holder in business, marketing or related discipline; Degree of MBA preferred. ? At least 5 years of experience from travel retail marketing or retail marketing. ? Proven track record of creating successful in store and online campaign, web site development ? Demonstrate knowledge in Hong Kong, Macau and mainland China trending digital platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Weibo, WeChat, Little Red Book, Tiktok etc ? Experience in diverse marketing disciplines across marketing communications, consumer and product marketing, traditional and digital marketing, creative development, media planning and placement, event planning and execution, publicity and public relations ? Sound marketing knowledge, project planning and execution skills ? Strategic thinking and analytical mind ? Excellent verbal in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua and written communication skills in English, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese in a highly organized, persuasive, and credible manner
