Job Responsibility: 1) Responsible for the sales of industrial products in the entire Russian market, including X-ray detectors, X-ray sources, industrial X-ray CT, linear accelerator and other industrial products; 2) Generate new business from new customers. Develop new business opportunities in the designated market. Maintain the relations with the regular customers. Retention from assigned customers and continuous growth for the existing accounts. Formulate sales policies, and complete sales tasks and objectives; 3) Assist the company to develop the marketing strategy planning, and provide suggestions and supporting information to our company for the major sales decisions; 4) Regular business trips to visit the domestic customers, participate the related NDT exhibitions, dynamically grasp the industry trends, competitors' information and create new sales opportunities; 5) Assist the sales director to complete other work; Personal Ability Expectation: 1) College/University graduates, Bachelor degree or above in engineering; 2) Minimum 3 years Sales experience in the field of NDT in Russia; 3) Result-Oriented, Self-motivated for the sales target, especially the Gross Profit target assigned from management; 4) Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
