Function and Responsibility
职能与职责:
? Responsible for Sales and Strategy of Fiber business in China and adjacent countries (incl. P/L?) in close cooperation with Global Fibre and Textile Leadership Team

? Manage existing customers and sales channels in China with focus on understanding market needs and required competitiveness to grow business in the long-term

? Support global Key Account Management including Textile customers
支持全球大客户管理,包括纺织部客户
? Leading development of Fibre strategy for assigned territory in alignment with Global BD strategy and regional Textile division

? Understanding and harvesting synergies between Fibre and Textile division

? Interest and experience in fibre and textile related markets with focus on BCF, technical yarn, staple fibres and non-wovens to position ZSC as the supplier of choice for customers in East Asia

? Establish transparent, regular market reports

? Ensure cash collection and potential claim handling

? Responsible for market intelligence, trends in the industry as well as competitor monitoring

Minimum qualifications:
基本要求
1、7 to 10 years’ experience in B2B, preferably specialty chemical or fibre industry
有7至10年的B2B工作经验,有特殊化工或纤维行业经验者尤佳
2、Self-driven personality with entrepreneurial spirit, strategic approach and sound commercial skill set
拥有创业精神、战略途径和完善的商业技能的高自驱力人才
3、Technical and/ or chemical education and professional commercial track-record
技术或化学专业的教育或商务背景
4、Experience in Fibre and Textile Chemical industry preferred
有化纤和纺织化工行业工作经验者优先
