Principal Accountabilities/Main Functions 主要职责 Sales Strategy & Planning 销售战略与规划: 1. Understand and execute the short-term to long-term sales strategy, to achieve the business goals & objectives. Focus on E-Powertrain customers, plan and execute all the sales and marketing activities for target customers, key components supplier and its value chain, to achieve individual and team target. 2. Execute and implement the annual sales plan based on coach and guidance. 3. Follow-up and execute the annual customer plan for assigned customers. 4. Maintain good relationship with internal key stakeholders (e.g. marketing, product management, production, R&D, customer service, supply chain and other supporting functions). 5. Ensure 100% compliance.
Distributor Management 经销商管理: 1. Follow-up and achieve the annual sales target for assigned distributors to in line with the strategy. 2. Develop and execute action plans to enable customers partners and distributors to achieve sales targets. 3. Maintain strong business partner relationship with key distributors on comparable level. 4. Manage the claim negotiations from and towards customers within defined parameters based on supervisor's coach and guide. 5. Support the team to complete the annual distributors evaluation, advice the appropriate distribution level setting-up based on business result, contribution and business growth potential. 6. Monitor the performance of assigned distributors closely, implement and execute the action plan to improve the underperformance distributors.
Key Account Management 重点客户管理: 1. Understand and follow-up relevant customer strategy for assigned key accounts based on the guideline and coach. 2. Update the sales pipeline in CRM system timely. 3. Generate customer visit report timely by using CRM tool and provide feedback about key customer intelligence. 4. Follow-up the customer-centricity account plan to develop new business. 5. Deal with complaints as interface between internal stakeholders from function teams and external stakeholders (key customers, value chain partners, association, downstream players), feedback the solutions to assigned customer on complains and inquiries timely.
Business Development 业务发展: 1. Build-up business acumen and market intelligence to identify and analyze potential business growth opportunities, understand competitive factors to support the business growth. 2. Understand the unmet needs of assigned customers, transfer the potential needs to Marketing and Product Management team to develop new products based on the coach and guidance. 3. Identify sales/market potential and feedback to Marketing or Product Management team to support further business growth.
Requirements & Qulifications 任职资格 1. Bachelor degree or above in chemical, business, economics or similar. 2. 2 years experience in sales or relevant, chemical industry working experience will be preferred. 3. Sales with an engineering sense is preferred. 4. Good capability to communicate, cooperate and influence across teams and functions . 5. Good skills in stakeholder and customer management. 6. Good learning ability and agility. 7. Good sense for problem solving, can identify the problems and analyze the root reason based on the coach and guidance. 8. Strong willingness to grow and step out of comfortable zone with own initiatives. 9. Strong willingness and ownership to achieve business growth and goals & objectives. 10. Good capability to work well under pressure. 11. Highly self-motivating, open minded and diligent attitude. 12. Chinese with fluency in Mandarin is a must. 13. Fluent English communication skill in oral, written and reading. 14. Business travel is needed, should be flexible to travel frequently.
