About the role Study the salon vertical channel strategies, sales plans, and execution to better understand the Chinese market situation for salon channels. Integrate the resources of dealers and salon stylists to accelerate the coverage of Dyson professional hair products in the vertical channels. Strengthen the maintenance and promotion of the Dyson brand in the salon channel to facilitate the spread and adoption of Dyson's corporate culture.
Key responsibilities ? Developed and implemented new business models for high-end Salon and beauty channel. ? Expand and managed channel distributor and Salon chain stores, and built vertical channel framework. ? Cooperated with department colleagues and distributors to complete the sales tasks of corresponding channels, and promoted and improved the brand market share. ? The stores and stylists’ visit, understand the situation of product sales, and put forward market and improvement plans. ? Product training & Spec. in to stylist, product conversion optimization and implementation of store display guidelines, Represents products/services requiring technical product knowledge/performance features to salon customers. ? Collected market and competitive product research information and customer feedback, and actively put forward marketing planning suggestions. ? Manages the company's or product line's sales activities, including advanced sales activity. Negotiates program contracts for award. ? Calls on key accounts to establish & cultivate relationships, identify opportunities and increase sales. ? Report feedback from customer regarding product quality, customer service, overall performance, and reasons for won/lost opportunities. ? Responsible for content in all sales reporting - SPA, Sales Headlines, 3-month updates, Sales Plan, NBO's & NBA's for specific customers/accounts. ? Reports on and keeps informed on any and all competitive activities. ? Supports any/all MBR and Leadership related activities as required by the Sale.
About You ? 5-8 years of sales experience, preferably in the cosmetic industry, in B2B salon sales environments ? Ability to retain current customer business & strategically target and win new business. ? Deep understanding of consumer driven end markets (preferably in the “Salon" markets) ? Ability to craft appropriate business focused messages to & from the customer. ? Proven ability to identify talent and create a competitive, aggressive, and winning atmosphere. ? Proven track record of creating and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve profitable growth objective. ? Negotiation skills, channel sales, strange visits, channel promotion, new customer development skills ? Experience in distributor development and management. ? Cheerful personality, strong ability to work under pressure. ? English speaking and reading ability, data analysis and PPT ability.
