Job Summary: The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for retaining and growing business through telephone communications with customers. He or she should proactively contact customer to identify business opportunities, position UPS products and services to meet customer needs. The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for delivering their sales plan. He or she is required to well manage customer information profile and use sales tools for customer research and sales strategy development. In future, The ISE segment will sell cross business unit products and new products portfolios to maximize business growth.
Job Duties: 1) Meet sales goals through managing accounts a) Use sales tools (e.g., Total Enterprise Account Management System (TEAMS), BIA (business information analysis) and relevant reports to research customer contact, manage customer information and product specifics; b) Prioritize accounts calling based on importance and urgency guideline, plan ahead on daily sales activities and focus on accounts with the large opportunities; c) Use the information from sales tools to build a good customer relationship and identify new sales opportunities to win new volume and revenue; d) Establish solid funnel funding, shorten the funnel velocity and ensure for good contract compliance; e) Use the BIA tools to search for top volume generator and provide technology resolutions; 2) Coordinate with other functions and resolve customer issues a) Coordinate with other functions to respond to customer questions, inquiries and complaints in a timely manner; b) Resolve customer complaints, claims and other issues by following up with current guidelines; c) Push up large opportunity sales leads to field sales as per SP & P rules d) Identify opportunities to put customer on technology resolutions; e) Research competitor service capabilities, pricing patterns and strategies through daily telephone with customers; f) Work with billing and collection team to solve outstanding billing and collection issues. 3) Complete daily sales administrative tasks a) Complete daily sales administrative tasks in a timely, accurate manner; b) Ensure accurate and updated customer information into sales tools, (i.e. TEAMS, BIA, billing updates) c) Complete internal forms in a timely manner to ensure appropriate follow up.
General Requirements: 1) Bachelor holder or Diploma graduate 2) At least 1-2 years working experience preferred in business development / telephone sales 3) Computer literacy - Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office Powerpoint, etc. 4) Average English skills (spoken & written). 5) Good telephone manner, patience, willing to learn and attention to details.
