Managing parts services business success and operational excellence: -Develop and start up parts services business integrating with equipment technical labour services, e.g. parts clean, repair, refurbishment etc -Managing the business plan with convinced operational and client strategy -Leading the market evaluation and acquisition to grow up the business when applicable -Be responsible of business P&L, ensure project financial measures on target -Managing project delivery excellence of schedule, safety and quality, and project execution KPIs -Regular client engagement and managing client expectations, and lead generation thru client and employees. -Managing contractors with good project delivery performance -Closely work with other functions for the business forecast and manpower planning, aim to have accurate cost report -Reviewing the customer billing and cost to maintain a targeted contract Gross Margin -Identifies management talent; manages and coaches site leads and supervisors as project business mandates. -Regular employee engagement, one on one, performance reviews, progressive discipline & award. -Management of approvals of time sheet & expense & procurement -Manages and escalates all issues in professional manner and works with employees and client on resolutions
General: -Participate fully in daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly internal / customer meetings. -Practice the Collaborative Way. -Promote a strong team environment. -Good communication skills and able to work under pressure. -Ability and willingness to travel frequently and on short notice to customer sites (both domestic and international).
